I played what passes for golf on Sunday. And when I got home, one of my longtime friends had sent the accompanying video to my inbox. I think he was trying to tell me something about my game.
Now I’ve been known to unintentionally perform trick shots like the one where the ball just misses me and lands behind me after I hit. However, thanks to the golf lessons I’ve been taking, I’ve improved. I no longer scare the adjoining golfers on the driving range with perpendicular shots.
Many years ago, I took some beginning karate lessons — but I can’t now blame my golf game on that.
Still, you have to wonder . . . .
